Processing time:

All orders are processed in 3-7 business days (which does not include weekends). Please be patient as I have no control over the postal system.
Shipping time depends on which shipping speed you select at checkout.  
USPS First Class Mail is estimated to ship 3-5 business days after processing time
USPS Priority Mail is estimated to ship 2-3 business days after processing time

 

Cancelling orders, Combinding orders and Contact during a restock:

Safety First is so grateful for your support but orders can NOT be combined or cancelled due to the high influx of orders and emails. If you are contacting me via email during restock day, response time will take longer due to the high volume of emails. Your email is very important to me but please be patient as we have tons of emails every restock.

 

Package says delivered but it’s missing?

We are NOT responsible after shipping. Please contact your local USPS directly if there are any problems with delivery and report it missing. I am not responsible after shipping and will not refund or replace any items if lost or stolen. To ensure items arrive safety if worried, you can arrange a pick up with your local USPS by providing your tracking,

 

Return to sender:

If the incorrect address is inputted at checkout and gets shipped back due to insufficient address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

International orders:

We do offer international shipping but please be aware that we are not responsible for any items being taken at customs or any shipping delays. Spray, knifes, or kitty knuckles are NOT allowed in any international orders.
