All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (does not include weekends). Shipping may vary, please keep up to date on my Instagram for any updates!

All orders are final sale! If you need to cancel an order please email me the day of placing the order for a cancelation. If the order has already been shipped then it cannot be cancelled.

All items are final sale. There will be no returns or exchanges, some limitations apply. Please email me for any further questions.

Tracking will be available either via email or through text, whichever contact method you chose at checkout! You will receive tracking updates once it ships:)

Tracking will be updated 1-3 business days after you have been notified that it has shipped. Please be patient as weekends or holidays can delay the update.

If your tracking says delivered but you have not received it, I recommend checking with your neighbors and waiting a few days. USPS can often accidentally scan packages early which may show up 1-3 days later. If it is not delivered or found, you may file a claim with USPS directly. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for packages marked as "delivered".

Please reach out via email if your package is being sent back due to a incorrect address, I will offer a store credit which you can use at any restock:)

We do not offer exchanges or returns, some limitations apply.

Depending on the amount of emails, we usually get back to all emails within 2-3 business days! During restock weekends we get hundreds of emails which may affect the response time!

Safety First Boutique Policy

At Safety First Boutique, we take the art of shopping very seriously and strive to make your experience as fun and efficient as possible. You MUST be at least 18 to place and order as our products are not intended for minors. We are not responsible for any injuries from our self-defense items and will not be held accountable for any damage that may result. When you purchase an item from Safety First Boutique you are agreeing to our store policies!

Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days, Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I do offer international shipping but you must check your countries laws and regulations regarding my products. If items are taken at customs, I will not be held responsible and will not be held accountable for any additional charges. Shipping time for ALL international orders is 3-5 weeks! 

Be aware of state laws:

Safety First is not responsible to inform you on which of my products are legal in your state. Be sure to do your research as we will not be held accountable. Before purchasing, please inform yourself of the laws in your country. 

How to find tracking:

You will know when your oder has shipped once you receive an email or text message. Whichever contact you put in at checkout will be your way of receiving tracking! The email or text will say "Order has shipped" and will provide a tracking number through USPS, give it 1-3 days to update and follow your tracking. USA orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. If longer please be patient and follow along as I have no control of the postal system.

Refunds:

All items are final sale! No returns or refunds will be issued unless items are damaged or incorrect on our part within three days of delivery. Once shipped, the postal service is responsible for your package as it's out of our hands. Tracking will be available on your order confirmation once shipped. If a package is sent back due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional charges. On international orders, if something occurs on our end, you will receive a refund in money not products.

IF PACKAGE IS MISSING BUT SAYS DELIVERED: You must file a report with USPS and then contact me with a copy of the report! Safety First is not responsible for the postal system but will help resolve the issue if item is not delivered. Please contact via email with any problems.

Returning items:

There will be no returns, all items are final sale. Due to Covid, once you receive your items I cannot take them back. If anything happens on our part, we will send you out a new item!

Replacing items:

If something happens to any of your products within ten days of receiving your order. Safety First will replace your item. For example: Your wristlet broke, please send a picture of the item needing replaced with your name and order number. If item is out of stock we will accommodate you via discount code or partial reimbursement. An example of an item we would NOT replace: You ran out of pepper spray or your alarm ran out of battery. After ten days of receiving the item, there will be no replacements.

Return to sender:

If your package gets shipped back to me, you will need to pay the additional postage. If you opt out of paying the additional shipping, you will receive your refund minus the shipping cost. You must contact me if this occurs, if not contacted within three days, your order will be refunded,

​Declined payment on card:

If your card declines at checkout but you see a charge on your card, please allow 1-5 business days for the hold to be released. There's a security feature on my site to ensure fraud protection! BE SURE the address associated with the card matches the address on your order. If the address is different, please select a different billing address! If this occurs internationally, please allow 1-21 days for the pending charge to be released.

Changing / Customizing your order:

There will be no customizing orders once purchased. Due to the high volume of messages, I am unable to accommodate multiple requests. For example, "Could I have a pink window breaker instead of a silver?" I am unable to do these request. If you are wanting to change your order, for example, "I don't want the wallet anymore." Please email me ASAP, if I read your email before I ship, I can accommodate.
